10 Comfort Tips for a Better Third Trimester
Small, science-backed changes that make the final stretch of pregnancy easier on your back, hips and sleep.

The third trimester brings a lot of joy - and a lot of new aches. Your center of gravity has shifted, your ligaments are looser, and simple things like rolling over in bed suddenly take effort.
Here are ten small changes our community swears by: sleep with a full-body support pillow between your knees and under your belly, wear a supportive belly band on days you're on your feet, stay ahead of hydration (dehydration makes cramps worse), and try short, frequent walks instead of one long one.
A few product-backed habits help too. A breathable belly band or support tape can take real pressure off your lower back during long days, graduated compression stockings help with tired, achy legs by evening, and a nourishing belly cream is a nice way to bookend the day.
If lower back pain is severe or sudden, or you notice swelling in your face and hands, contact your care provider - this article is general comfort guidance, not medical advice.
Most importantly: rest when your body asks for it. There is no prize for pushing through the third trimester uncomfortably when a few well-chosen products can make daily life noticeably easier.
