You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional few days for your bank to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost - no return needed.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened nursing pads, feeding accessories and similar intimate-use items cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.
